輪椅體驗_Wheel Real Experience 持續創新體驗工作坊類型，善用不同類型殘疾人士的價值，透過共融主題工作坊結合不同類型培訓需要為團隊內的殘疾人士創造工作機會。
視障體驗(亦稱失明體驗或盲人體驗活動)是我們善用團隊內的新視障成員自身多年的美資企業商界培訓及管理經驗、失明後從事教師發展日活動培訓工作坊的經驗，將成員的價值透過失明體驗活動、視障共融活動結合主流教師培訓、學生其他學習經歷等需要，藉此持續提供可商業化、可持續化模式與團隊的視障導師共同創造合乎視障人士的工作模式及收入。
Wheel Real Experience focuses on continuous innovation and exploration, harnesses the value of individuals with different types of disabilities. By combining inclusive-themed workshops with various training needs, we create employment opportunities for disabled individuals within the team.
The Visual Impairment Experience (also known as Blindness Experience or Blind Experience Activities) utilizes the expertise of our new visually impaired team member, who brings years of experience in training and management in multinational corporations as well as conducting workshops for Teacher’s Development Day after losing his sight. By integrating the value of our team members through blindness experience activities and inclusive activities, we cater to mainstream teacher training, as well as the learning experiences of students and other needs. This approach enables us to provide sustainable and commercially viable models, while collaboratively creating appropriate work patterns and income opportunities for visually impaired individuals.
